Refunds and cancellations.

Cancel by emailing managerfiabciindia@gmail.com with your registration reference (GLS26-…). A cancellation received on or before 23 November 2026 is refunded 100% of what you paid, including accompanying persons.

After 23 November 2026, and if you do not attend, the refund is 0%.

You may name another delegate in your place, at no charge, until 7 December 2026. Email us the new delegate's details; the registration is then updated by the chapter office.

If the Summit itself is cancelled, every registration is refunded in full.

A cancelled registration also cancels any networking meetings you had booked and withdraws a visa letter request; your passport copy is deleted.

If the Board declines your application, the application fee you paid is refunded 100% automatically; the decision email tells you so.

Once your membership is approved, the dues are not refundable.

If you withdraw a paid application before it is decided, write to the chapter; it cannot be withdrawn online once paid.

Refunds are made by the chapter office through HDFC Bank's SmartGateway, to the card, UPI ID or bank account you paid from. We cannot refund to a different account.

Allow 5–7 working days after approval for it to reach your account. When the refund is confirmed you get an email.

A refund is always for the full amount paid, in rupees. We do not refund bank or card charges levied on your side.
