fiabci-india.com is operated by FIABCI-India — International Real Estate Federation, India Chapter, the national chapter of FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation. Using the site means you accept these terms.

A Summit registration reserves a place at the 45th FIABCI Global Leadership Summit, December 8–11, 2026, Bengaluru, India, once the fee is paid and you have our confirmation email. Until then it is not confirmed. The chapter checks the membership and student details you declare, and may correct a category or ask for proof.

A membership application is a request. It becomes a membership only when the Board approves it and you receive a membership number. The Board may decline it; you are told the reason and the fee is refunded.

You must give true details. A registration or application with false details may be cancelled.

Fees are charged in Indian rupees. Summit fees are set in euro and converted at the fixed rate shown on the registration form, so your total does not change after you see it.

Payment is taken by HDFC Bank's SmartGateway. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on HDFC's page and never reach this site or our database.

Delegates are expected to behave professionally towards other delegates, speakers, staff and venue staff. The chapter may remove a delegate who does not, without refund.

The Summit is photographed and filmed. By attending you agree that images in which you appear may be used by FIABCI-India and FIABCI to report on the event. If you do not want to be photographed, tell the registration desk.

Networking is optional and off unless you turn it on. Do not use other delegates' details for anything but arranging a meeting.

We take care over the information on this site, but it can change, and the Summit programme may be altered. If we cancel the Summit, you are refunded in full; beyond that, our liability to you is limited to the fee you paid. We are not liable for travel, accommodation or visa costs, or for events outside our control.

A visa invitation letter supports your application; the decision is the government's, and its refusal does not entitle you to a refund beyond the refund terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
